Yea. All it takes is complete ignorance of the black experience in this country and that sounds entirely reasonable.

With all due respect, that is ridiculous.  One's race does not give them an excuse to lawlessness.

"...encourages members ...  to disobey any orders they believe violate the Constitution of the United States."  Oh, really?  I thought that is the duty of the Supreme Court of the United States to determine these kinds of decisions.

With all due respect, you are ridiculous to ignore the effect of race on police behavior.
As I said, complete ignorance of history is a friend to you.

You keep saying this, but you have nothing to back up your claim that the police have unfairly picked on the black protestors or that black people would be treated any differently than white people if they legally open carried guns in this situation.  The people who were arrested committed crimes.  Why the race-baiting?

And nice little insult there again Goose in your second sentence.  Seems you haven't grown.

I'm really on neither side of this, to be perfectly honest, but what do you arrest them for? Open carry is legal, as long as they legally own the guns, and that's all they're doing. Openly carrying guns legally is not inciting violence, by definition. Until they break a law, there's really nothing that can be done except for verbally discouraging them from doing what they're doing.

I think the issue is that their treatment was much different than was the treatment of "others" who might have carried weapons in the streets of Fergusen.

But that's pure speculation.  If others, black people for example, would legally open carry guns, I don't see why they would be treated any differently.  Have they tried? Now, if they aren't following the law, are illegally possessing guns, yes they would be arrested.  I do know, from just a quick google search, that this group in Ferguson does have black members.

I think we should all just dress in camouflage, wear helmets, bullet proof vests, open carry automatic and semi-automatic weapons for the intimidation factor, and indiscriminately shoot anyone who disagrees with our interpretation of the law.

That's what I call a pure democracy!

Jeez . . . I gotta move to Belize or somewhere . . . This is getting really ridiculous.

I'm not sure what your point is, but hey, Belize is nice, go ahead and move there.

Yes, I have no proof beyond the actual events.

I think you have a huge delusion about race.  You seem to have some 'white guilt' issue.  Just because black people are arrested, doesn't mean it is racially motivated.  You do know that there are black people who are criminals who should be arrested, right?

If I possessed your complete lack of knowledge about history I might agree with you.
But I don't.
Sorry
