The DEA has confirmed that from the recent riots of over 30 pharmacies the streets of Baltimore are now flooded with illegal drugs and have proposed and are taking action along with the Feds to prosecute the leaders of the gangs and drug dealing organizations who are not in control of these various narcotics.
