B.B. King is dead, and the blues have lost a legend . . . RIP.

B.B. King's legacy will live on.  As popular as he was as a blues icon with the public, he had an even a greater influence and impact with some masterful guitar players ............... Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, and Buddy Guy come to mind off the top of my head.

Very sad for us to lose such a talented artist.  He will be missed.

But looking at the whole picture, he suffered from advanced diabetes for many years and dementia, among other things.  He had a long, interesting life. I am sure he is now  glad to be released and to be reunited with his loved ones, colleagues and fellow artists.  At least that is the way I view it.....
