    Can Texas Lawmakers Tap The Rainy Day Fund To Help With Harvey Relief?

    The 'Rainy Day" fund currently stands at approx. $10 Billion. It will be interesting to see how Texas uses this money. It can't get any more "rainy" than THIS !
