US deficit soared to $205 billion in November

The U.S. budget deficit soared to $205 billion in November, up 48 percent from the same month in 2017, according to a new report from the Treasury Department.

Anybody want more winning?


We live in a time in which decent and otherwise sensible people are surrendering too easily to the hectoring of morons or extremists.

Whoa, whoa, whoa!  I remember Vice President Cheney saying, "deficits don't matter".  Oh, that's right..... they don't matter when a Republican is in the White House.  Silly me for not understanding.
