EPA scuttles rule on mining cleanup funding
This should come as NO SURPRISE to anyone paying attention to THIS administration.
Leave it for the Average Joe to pay for cleanup. Making America Great - NOT !!

The Trump administration said Friday it will not issue a regulation to ensure that hard-rock mining companies can pay for the costs to clean up their mines when they’re finished.
Let That sink in.
